Arrival & Access Information
- As part of our licensing requirements and more importantly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our guests, all pick‑ups and drop‑offs take place via the rear of the property.
- This controlled access point helps us maintain a calm and secure environment for every dog in our care.
- On arrival, please use the doorbell to the left of the gate or ring us.
- If the main gate is open, please do not enter via the middle gate which is clearly signed. Please wait for us to come out and greet you.
Access is via the rear of the property.
- Parking is available in Lytes Cary Road.
- Use the lane that leads to the back of the property to find us. See the marker on the map for details.
