We understand how expensive owning a pet can be and the cost of pet services which is why we work hard to keep our prices as fair, competitive and as affordable as possible.
Dog Service Prices
- £32 – Dog Boarding (per 24 hours)
- £14 – Dog Walking (1 hour group walk)
- £25 – Day Care ( 8 hours)
- £2.50 – Per Pick-Up / Drop-Off *
- Christmas & New Year prices on request.
*Drop-off and pick-up services are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

Cat / Pet Service Prices
- £10 – Once per day
- £16 – Twice per day
- Christmas & New Year prices on request.
Deposits
At the time of confirmation 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This helps ensure your pets space is reserved and enables us to ensure both you and your pet get the best possible service. You will receive a confirmation text to confirm your booking once the deposit has been paid.
Please Note: Deposit requirements may be adjusted at our discretion depending on the circumstances so please contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
Payment
All outstanding balances must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. We reserve the right to apply late payment fees to any balance not settled within this agreed timeframe. These may include a fixed fee or a percentage of the outstanding amount, applied at our discretion.
Your invoice will be sent to you via text, messenger or WhatsApp or if you prefer an email version can be requested.
Refund Policy
All payments are non‑refundable, and bookings are considered final once confirmed. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we’re always happy to discuss any concerns. While we may review refund requests in exceptional circumstances, any decision to issue a refund remains entirely at our discretion and we are not obligated to provide one
